Return Policy

We are happy to return any item purchased on the LEEN™ shop under the following conditions.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date you received your package.
  • Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included.
  • All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of the request approval.
  • We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in the same condition you received them in. 
  • While we offer exchanges or returns, return labels are provided with a $10 handling fee for shipping.
  • All orders shipped internationally are final sale

    To initiate a return, please email us at support@theleenshop.com  with your order number.

    Upon inspection and acceptance of the returned merchandise, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. 

    When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

    HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

    All orders placed and delivered between December 5th and December 25th can be returned until January 2, 2023. Orders delivered after December 25th follow the regular return policy of 14 days.

    EXCHANGES (U.S only)

    If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery date.

    To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@theleenshop.com  with your order number and the size and/or color of the item.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size and/or color of an item one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy.
